Most parents don’t realise how often baby eczema is triggered by food allergies. In fact eczema is often the first sign of food allergies in your baby. It has been suggested that up to 40% of of babies with eczema have food allergies.

Keep an eye on the severity of the rashes - the worse it is, the more likely there is a food allergy involved. For the third of babies with the worst eczema, most have a proven food allergy connection.
