Founded in 2008 by Mark Dally in Melbourne, Victoria, Babypoo is quickly developing into a favourite website providing a valuable resource where you can find answers to everyday parenting challenges, as well as a place to buy baby stuff - currently with a focus on Australian produced parenting DVDs.

What's Behind Babypoo...

Led by Mark Dally who previously ran a successful small corporate video production company in Melbourne, Mark and the Babypoo team is a tight-knit group from a wide variety of backgrounds including interactive and social media, business development, video production and communications. We contribute and share a passion for our website's values and its sharing of parenting information.

Babypoo's Services

Babypoo's services include the offer of free searchable parenting tips, expert articles with input from various parenting authorities, the offer to advertise with us on our website plus an online shop with a secure payment facility provided by Paypal.

Our History

The Babypoo "lightbulb moment" occurred around the kitchen table at Mark Dally's brother's house in Maryborough (Qld). Mark's sister in law - and mother of two young children under 4 found herself using the internet more and more but with a preference to take her information in using multiple senses instead of trawling through and reading text page after text page.

It didn't take too many internet searches after this to realise that there was virtually no Australian video content available for parents to refer quickly and simply to.

2008 was spent mostly designing, developing, launching, remodelling, relaunching and testing aspects of the website to deliver the very best in video parenting tips. This process we doubt will ever end so please feel free to offer us any feedback to enable us to provide the best possible experience.
